I'm trying to use the online submission form but am having problems. The site tells me I have exceeded the maximum characters but my computer word count tells me I have not. I think 1000 characters is tough enough to describe the preparation of any worthy dish but I managed to get my description in at just under 1000 characters (again, according to MS Word).
